Satellite System ChangesThe current SatDirect Plus software interface has been changed to a new platform called StarConnect VPN. You will need to download and install the new software. This software can be installed on top of your current satellite software. There is no need to uninstall anything at this time. New StarConnect Software:Supporting documentation for the new software:During the connection process, you will be prompted to input your username and password. You must add @starconnect.com to the end of the your username for the VPN connection. As part of the configuration with the new software you will need to know the specific IP address assigned to you. This information will be emailed to you along with your username and password.If you failed to connect to StarConnect VPN, you should try uninstalling the SatDirectPlus software (the one with the oval icon). To do so, go to the Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs. Select the "SatDirect Plus" program from the list, and click Remove.
